Séjour exceptionnel au Guarda Golf . Tout était parfait. Dès l'arrivée on se sent comme à la maison. Le personnel est jeune, motivé et très professionnel et tout le monde est aux petits soins. Chambre très confortable avec terrasse et une magnifique vue sur le golf et la montagne. La décoration est très élégante et harmonieuse avec un souci du détail. Après une journée de ski, quel plaisir de se délasser à la piscine et au jacuzzi. Le service de voiturier est impeccable, gentillesse et efficacité sont au rendez vous. Le petit déjeuner est à la hauteur du reste, grand choix d'excellents produits (salé et sucré) et un personnel sympathique et attentionné. Séjour inoubliable !

It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The room size and view were perfect, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel's complimentary taxi service was excellent. The service in the bar and restaurant was excellent; I felt we were always made to feel special.

Magnifique hôtel , grande qualité de services, gentillesse de tout le personnel, un grand bravo à toute l'équipe, super emplacement, vue magnifique sur le golf et les montagnes avoisinantes. Service navette hyper pratique pour se rendre aux remontées mécaniques.

Si vous pouviez mettre une sonnette sur la terrasse de la 304 pour la prochaine fois, où je me suis enfermée bêtement, grand moment de solitude, mais finalement résolue avec le sourire, toujours le sourire dans cet hôtel

We stayed here for a week with our children and we had an unforgettable stay! The staff is very friendly, smiley and helpfull. The hotel manager and the owner are very present and you can feel their is a good atmosphere at this place. We had lunch or diner every day in the restaurant of the hotel. The view is stunning, very good food and their is a lot of choice. The Spa is spacious, it was really nice to enjoy the swimming pool, jacuzzi, hammam… after our skiing day. They offer free limousine service to everywhere in the village. The drivers are very friendly and helped us with the skis and dropped us at ski lift. We loved staying here and we are looking forward to come back!

I am writing this review on the food part of the hotel. First off let me say that I have been going to Guarda Golf for years with my family! We absolutely love having a lunch there as there is an amazing terrasse and their lounge menu is very good. We have always had a 5 star experience. Today was not that experience I was used to. At first we were delightfully welcome by the reception team as usual. As we got downstairs to the restaurant I felt right away that something was wrong and that as we were last minute guests, I felt like we were disturbing things. So the restaurant welcome was already quite off. We were placed on the beautiful sunny terrasse. The waitstaff was unusually long and quite below the standard I was used to from this hotel. I must say the food was still a very high quality, so that is still very good! Then as we were finishing our meal, a fight started between the waiters. This is extremely unprofessional and should not happen visibly in the hotel. I thought this would last 1-2 minutes but it lasted at least 10-15 minutes and during that time no one came to clear our table and offer us coffee or desserts. So I went inside to pay as we were a bit fed up of this situation and I paid and even then the waiter didn’t ask if we wanted anything else. No apologies for this uncomfortable situation. As we exited the restaurant the fight still was happening with a few tables left to be served. They need to fix their problems quickly.
